Our Silver 12×20 top cover fits most manufacturers 10×20 frame that measures 12 feet over the peak. See measurement guide on home page for proper fit. This cover has traditionally fit Costco, Shelter Logic, Bi-mart and Walmart style frames that measure 12 feet from the side bar, over the peak to the opposite side bar. These heavy duty 12 mil valanced replacement canopy covers have an additional 12 inches of material on each side giving your valuables extra protection from the elements. Valanced covers are attached using approximately 50 6″ ball bungees which loop through each grommet and connect to the frame. Valanced covers are also part of each full canopy replacement kit along with a front zippered door panel, solid rear panel and 20′ long side tarps which allows you to create a fully enclosed space. Each replacement tarp features rust resistant grommets every 18 inches and pull ties at all four corners which tighten for a more secure fit. Valance tarps are waterproof, rot-proof, and UV-resistant. A valanced canopy covered frame has limitless uses including: storage, weddings, outdoor events, picnics, trade shows, camping, construction and livestock shelters.
