First Generation Costco Carport Replacement 12 mil poly cover Tan

Our Tan 12×20 roof (top only)  fits most manufacturer’s 10×20 frame that measures 12 feet over the peak, 20 ft. long and 10 ft. side to side. See measurement guide on home page for proper fit. This cover has traditionally fit Costco, Shelter Logic, Bi-mart and Walmart style frames that measure 12 feet from the side bar, over the peak to the opposite side bar. This cover is 12 mil thick and waterproof. Covers are valanced with a 12 inch flap of material on each side. This adds protection from the elements and diverts rainwater.

Attach valanced canopy covers by using ball bungees. Loop cords through each grommet and connect to the frame. Because bungees stretch, they are easy to use and most of all, won’t tear the tarp. Each 12×20 top cover requires 50 6″ ball bungees. For Costco frames with 2″ pipes or frame tubes, 9″ ball bungees work best.

Purchase the valanced replacement carport top either alone or in a full kit. Kits include zippered front panel, solid back panel, and (2) side wall panels. This kit creates a fully enclosed space. See measurement guide on the home page. Each cover has rust resistant grommets every 18 inches. Rope on each corner tighten the cover for a more secure fit.
