Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Unopened stock items purchased in error by the customer can be returned within 30 days of receipt for full credit less shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Opened packages returned within the 30-day period will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Special, custom or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable. There are no refunds after thirty (30) days have passed since receipt of your purchase. Orders with quantities of five (5) or more of the same item may not be eligible for returns. Items that have been installed with anything other than the suggested ball bungees will not be eligible for return or 30-day warranty.
How to Return an Item
- Please contact us to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
- Mail your returned item(s) to:

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason(s) for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Please contact us to receive return authorization.
Merchandise that has been damaged, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Closed holidays. Note: Due to high order volume and COVID19-related manufacturing delays, please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We use UPS or USPS to deliver our orders.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and will have a chance to not place your order if you choose.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
